The pieces are then cut down to various lengths and widths, all depending on the jobs they're slated for. Expert inspection from seasoned professionals ensures quality control, and once the wood has "made the cut" it moves on to the next stage.
Throughout the process, our designers are putting finishing touches on existing plans and beginning brand new ones for future projects. Advanced software helps them to create beautiful designs that are precise for every room in the house.
Speaking of precision, the wood back at the factory is put through state-of-the-art machines to be cut down to fractions of an inch. Each piece is then smoothed and shaped by technicians using sophisticated computers, helping your fixture function exactly like it's supposed to.
